This home presented a series of high-stakes challenges—from major drainage issues with water funneling toward the house, to long lead times on a custom 27’ sliding door system, to the complexity of powering a large, high-demand home.
We stayed hands-on at every step. Managing water flow in real time during storms, planning the entire build around the custom door system to ensure perfect alignment, and working closely with engineers to design and approve a 600-amp electrical system—without adding unnecessary infrastructure.
